Hello, my name is Adele. I am currently enrolled at the University of British Columbia (UBC) taking BUSI 499: Income Property Guided Case Study, below is a description of the course:
BUSI 499 (6) Income Property Guided Case Study
This two term course will guide students through the income property appraisal process, focusing both on valuation techniques as well as general research and report writing skills. This course fulfils the Appraisal Institute of Canada's guided case study requirement. (Prerequisite BUSI 330, 331, 442, & 452). Textbook sold separately: Appraisal of Real Estate (3rd Canadian Edition), $103.95 (includes taxes). Can be purchased directly from the Real Estate Division's Online Bookstore. [WTI, WTII, STI]
The final examination for this course consists of a complete narrative appraisal report on an income-producing property of my choosing. This examination is Assignment No. 19 and essentially consists of a logical, coherent consolidations of the various pieces of the narrative appraisal report that are presented in all assignments leading up to Assignment No. 19.
The following is the Mandatory and Recommended Requirements for obtaining a subject property:
